Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out is by 11:00am on the day of departure.
If you expect to arrive outside normal check-in times, please contact us in advance.
Hotel Bookings & Payment
A deposit equivalent to 100% of the total stay will be taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
We accept major debit and credit cards. For security reasons, we recommend not sending card details by email.
Bookings are only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
Hotel Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing by email.
For cancellations received more than one calendar month prior to the arrival date, the deposit can be retained and used against a future booking within six months, subject to availability.
For cancellations received within four weeks of the arrival date, the full cost of the stay will be due.
We recommend guests take out appropriate travel insurance.
Restaurant Reservations
Our restaurant may be busy during peak periods. We recommend booking a table in advance to avoid disappointment.
Food and drink purchased elsewhere may not be consumed in the restaurant or other public areas.
Guest Conduct
We kindly ask guests to respect the property and other guests during their stay.
We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if behaviour is considered unreasonable, disruptive, or causes disturbance to other guests. In such circumstances, refunds may not be provided.
Property & Damage
Guests may be charged for damage to rooms, furnishings, or fixtures, including the cost of repair or specialist cleaning where required.
Smoking
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping inside the building may result in an additional cleaning charge.
Personal Property
While every care is taken, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings or vehicles while on the premises.
Parking
Parking is available for resident guests subject to availability. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
We are unable to offer parking to non-resident guests dining in the restaurant, so please plan ahead.
Reservations Made Through Third Parties
Please note that reservations made through third-party travel agents or online booking platforms (such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) are subject to the terms and conditions provided in the confirmation issued by that third party.
If you wish to modify, cancel, or make any changes to a reservation made through a third-party platform, these requests must be handled directly with the third-party provider. The hotel is unable to amend or cancel these reservations directly.
HENRY'S RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS POLICY
RESERVATIONS
Your restaurant reservation will be confirmed via email, provided you have supplied the correct contact information. Please note that a booking is not confirmed until the required credit card details have been successfully processed.
For bookings of more than 10 guests, please contact us directly by telephone to make your reservation.
ARRIVAL
We operate a 15-minute grace period for all restaurant reservations. If you expect to arrive more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, we cannot guarantee your table will be held beyond the grace period.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
At the time of booking, we will request credit card details to secure the restaurant reservation. There is no charge at the time of booking; however, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you wish to cancel or amend your reservation. Changes to restaurant reservations can be made up to 24 hours before the reservation time. Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, or in the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee of £25 per person.

Events & Group Bookings
Special conditions may apply to exclusive use, group bookings, or events, and these will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Website Accuracy
While every effort is made to ensure the information on our website is accurate, we reserve the right to make changes to descriptions, prices, or availability without prior notice.
