Resident guests enjoy private parking at the hotel (One car per room only). Please refer to the parking instructions in your email confirmation.

Due to the limited parking in St Ives, for our non-resident guests please plan ahead.

For guests booking directly via our website, a deposit equivalent to 50% of your stay will be taken at the time of booking.

For a cancellation received more than one calendar month before arrival, the deposit can be retained for use against a future booking within 6 months.

For cancellations within 4 weeks of the arrival date, the full cost of the stay is due.

Most allergy & dietary requirements can be catered for. If you or a member of your party have any allergies or dietary requirements, please make us aware at the time of booking or in advance of your reservation by emailing; reservations@henrysstives.com

Our Classic Double rooms and Henry’s Snug are dog friendly. Please ensure either of these room categories are booked if you wish to bring a dog.

We cannot accommodate dogs in any of our other room categories.

There is a £20 per day charge.

A damage charge will be applicable should there be any damage to the room.

Please note we do not allow dogs in the restaurant.

Henry’s is strictly non-smoking.

At this time, Henry’s is not suitable for wheelchair users (listed building with steps).
